Refund policy

Refund Policy


We want every learner to feel confident enrolling in an AIMinds360 program. Our refund policy is transparent, fair, and learner-first — designed to give you peace of mind from day one.


1. Refund Timeline


Refund eligibility is based on the number of days since your payment confirmation date:

0 to 7 days after enrollment: 100% refund — full refund, no questions asked.

8 to 14 days after enrollment: 50% refund — 50% of the total fee paid to date.

15 to 21 days after enrollment: 25% refund — 25% of the total fee paid to date.

22 or more days after enrollment: No refund.

Important: Refund windows start from the date of payment confirmation, not the course start date.


2. Eligibility — When You Can Get a Refund


You are eligible for a refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within the applicable refund window.

• Less than 20% of course content has been consumed (for partial refunds).

• You experienced a technical issue preventing access, reported within 48 hours.

• A duplicate payment was made in error.

• The program was cancelled by AIMinds360.


3. Eligibility — When You Cannot Get a Refund


You are not eligible for a refund if:

• The request is made after the 21-day refund window.

• More than 20% of course content has been accessed or downloaded.

• A certificate has already been issued.

• Workshop or bootcamp sessions have already been attended.

• The enrollment was made using a scholarship or special discount (unless the program is cancelled by AIMinds360).

• You failed to attend live sessions without prior notice.


4. How to Request a Refund


Follow these steps to initiate a refund request:

1. Email our support team at support@aiminds360.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Course Name]".

2. Include your payment receipt, registered email address, and a brief reason for the refund request.

3. Our team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days and respond via email.

4. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.


5. Workshops and Bootcamps


Workshop and bootcamp registrations are refundable only if the cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the session start time.

After that window, no refund is issued. However, you may request a credit transfer to a future session of equal or lesser value. Credit transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the original session.
